Check out this post on the kids' lit blog Seven Impossible Things Before Breakfast. You can see a page from my fall picture book, Pssst!, as well as a painting of the alien star of my fall novel, The True Meaning of Smekday. Then keep reading the blog for all kinds of great interviews and reviews.
In the meantime, here's one of my favorite panels from Pssst!

Aw, jeepers. Thanks for the mention, and for the awesome art. It looks so lovely on our post. We may never post again, just to keep it right there on top of the screen.
Thanks for the art work! We love them. By the way, I've reviewed some of your previous titles before at 7-Imp: here and here if you care to read them.
Thanks!
Looks awesome.
Seems like another gret book.
Man, those images are terrific! The J-Lo alien is creepy yet endearing.
I love that your main character looks toy-like. The shirt though is vaguely star-trekian.
Look forward to seeing more.
Really nice! Always inspiring Adam!
Thanks, everyone!
Star Trekian? I don't remember any of the cast of Star Trek having extra legs. Except maybe Bones.
that pretty! your painting enchants to me, congratulations!
So cool!!! Thats a funny pig.
Didn't realize this one was a comic book! Hurray! This is a form too seldome explored in children's lit, "In The Night Kitchen" being my favorite.
