Another one from the new book, Frankenstein Takes the Cake.
I've been getting reports from people who've already found the book on shelves, and Amazon is already shipping it, so I'm going to go ahead and say AVAILABLE NOW! NOW! There.
In keeping with the monster spirit, I recently purchased myself a Monstera Deliciosa, or Monster fruit. Here's a picture of it. These things are delicious. They taste like banana Sprite. But I can't eat this one until the scales fall off or it'll be poisonous. MMMMMMMonstera!

Yay!!!!...as I hurry over to amazon.com!cmdsvzi
Hi! Do you know if this book will be edited in Spain?
Hi Irene!
No plans for a Spanish edition yet, César. There's supposed to be a Mexican edition of my first monster book, Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich at some point, which I hope will also be available in Spain. I don't know how that's usually done.
Anyway, the text is rhyming poetry, so that makes translations especially difficult.
Maybe Amazon would ship to Spain?
Hey Adam! Amazing painting! The way you caricature faces is terrific! Watch out for that monster fruit... sounds a bit scary, yet there is something intriguing about banana sprite :)
Hey Adam,
I'm a long-time fan. I have Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich and The Dirty Cowboy which are two of my all time favorites in every way. I will get your others when you visit Quail Ridge Books in Raleigh, NC. I love to see Dracula appear again with is social ill-ease.

I purchased this book and laughed until tea came out of my nose.
-- HRH Queen Elizabeth
I laughed at Queen Elizabeth's nose -- but it wasn't as funny as the book.
-- Tea Leoni
I like this book. I have seen Tea in a movie. Don't close this book on my nose.
-- Gérard Depardieu
One of the great things about the book (in addition to the art) are the multiple stories, all in one volume. This was the unanimous opinion of some favorite children, and they laughed until their mother had to show up with Kleenex, because -- you know.
I defenitely need to get your book, it looks to me irresistible. I especially apreciate when an artist works on something he loves and is dear to him. I think this is your case. Good job!
I wanted you to look at something I posted at my blog, it's an old Spanish collection of stickers of monsters from the early 70's that I used to love as a kid. I think you may find it interesting and fun:
