Previously I shared some art and sketches from The Brixton Brothers #1: The Case of the Case of Mistaken Identity, by Mac Barnett. Illustrated by me. One of my favorite things about the bound book, however, is the endpapers. Click to enlarge.
It's my intention that each successive Brixton Brothers book with have a new endpaper vignette.

there is something so classic about these illustrations, they really remind me of a Winsor McCay. Great Job!
ack! these are brilliant.and what a great way to begin/end any book. they also remind me of rackham meets herge. (eesh...i dunno how to make that lil accent make above his name...)
Really love these Adam! Takes me back to the books I read when I was a kid.
Love the dynamics and the personality of the characters through these sketches!
