In the interest of just posting something new, here is a character collage I refer to from time to time as I work on the interior illustrations for my next novel, COLD CEREAL. Mostly just a bunch of details from various sketchbooks.

My favorite is how Merle reminds me of the Grandpa from the Munsters.
I just read what happened whith the train cover. Surreal. Unfortunately some bosses has not the claer things, and they don' t have any idea about the work. They cannot do a constructive criticism. I like more the first option. The cover will loock better.
Some bosses, are good, they do good criticism. But I understand all of them, they have to think on this kind of things. But they thing thath know what people want, or know what people can or cannot see. But really they don' t know anything, because the public don' t know what they want. There are just some Alan Moore words, but when I saw your drawing I think about it.
